Good news! On September 29th, the final of the 2026 Torch Science and Technology Achievement Express (Jiangxi) Station and the Jiujiang City Major Technology Research and Development “Unveiling and Leading” Project Competition was held grandly. Jiujiang Xinxing Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. has performed outstandingly in the project of “Key Technology Research and Industrialization of High Modulus, High Resilience, and Low Density Composite Fiber Laminated Plates with a Balance of Rigidity and Flexibility”, and has been awarded the title of “Outstanding Team” in the competition.

The purpose of this competition is to accurately solve the technical problems of enterprises through the innovative model of “competition for evaluation”. As a listed company, Xinxing Insulation is based on the actual needs of the industry and has formed a research team with the High tech Research Institute of Hai’an Nanjing University and Jiujiang University. The team was led by Tang Shaochun, the dean of the High tech Research Institute of Hai’an Nanjing University, to unveil the list. This project aims to solve the performance bottleneck of traditional materials in specific application scenarios, which is of great significance for enhancing the core competitiveness of products.
During the final roadshow, Dean Tang Shaochun gave a wonderful report on the technological innovation points, feasibility, and transformation prospects of the project, calmly responding to expert inquiries and fully demonstrating the strength of industry university research collaborative innovation. After more than three hours of competition, facing fierce competition from 20 top teams from universities and institutions such as Wuhan University, Xiamen University, and University of National Defense Technology, the joint team of Xinxing Insulation, Haian Nanjing University High tech Research Institute, and Jiujiang University stood out with solid technical skills and successfully won the honor of “Outstanding Team”.
